From January 1 to January 31, the registration fee increases to $60, with late registration from February 1 onwards priced at $75. Players must register within 14 days to secure their partner’s spot, or they will be moved to the waitlist.

Event Format
The Winter Blast will be played in a round-robin format, with playoff matches for the top four teams. The tournament guarantees at least one match per event, with most round-robin games played to 15 points. The top teams from each division will advance to the playoffs, with matches for gold, silver, and bronze.
The tournament may close early if the daily maximum number of participants is reached. The tournament director can also combine divisions as needed to ensure competitive play.

Venue and Facilities
Sunset Park offers a welcoming environment for pickleball players. It features 10 outdoor courts, and parking is free, although overnight parking is not allowed. The courts will be equipped with Franklin X-40 balls for the tournament.
Refund Policy
Players who need to withdraw will receive a refund minus a $15 administrative fee. Any withdrawal after January 31, 2025, may be eligible for a 50% refund. Weather-related cancellations will also offer up to a 50% refund.
