Eastern Shore Classic 2025: The 6th Annual Eastern Shore Classic will take place on April 26, 2025, at W.O. Lott Park in Daphne, Alabama. This event, hosted by the Daphne Spanish Fort Rotary Club and Jubilee Pickleball Club, is a charitable fundraiser supporting the Sheriff’s Boys Ranch – Baldwin County and the Ruff Wilson Youth Organization. Registration is open now and will close on April 24, 2025.
The tournament will feature a Mixed Doubles Round Robin format, with gold, silver, and bronze medals awarded to the top players in each bracket. Age groups will include 60+ and 14+ categories, with skill-based divisions to ensure fair competition. The event aims to provide a fun, safe, and engaging atmosphere for all participants.
Registration and Fees
Registration costs $40 per player, excluding the tournament software fee. Players must register by April 24, 2025. The tournament director has the authority to adjust players’ ratings and combine brackets to ensure competitive balance. Players will self-rate and cannot play below their USA Pickleball Tournament Rating (UTPR).
Event Details
The tournament will take place outdoors at Lott Park, located at 2000 Main St, Daphne, AL. The park features 12 asphalt courts with fixed nets. Free parking will be available for all participants, and a meal will be provided for players and volunteers. Participants will also receive swag, and ice-cold water will be available throughout the day.
The tournament will use the X-40 ball, and the rain makeup date is scheduled for April 27, 2025. In the event of cancellation, the tournament fee will be fully refunded minus the software service fee.
Charity Focus
Proceeds from the tournament will benefit two local organizations: the Sheriff’s Boys Ranch – Baldwin County, which provides support for at-risk youth, and the Ruff Wilson Youth Organization, which focuses on youth development programs in the community.
