Event Schedule and Format
The tournament will begin with singles matches on Friday, January 17, followed by men’s and women’s doubles on Saturday, January 18. Mixed doubles will take place on Sunday, January 19. The event will follow a round-robin format, ensuring ample playing time for all participants.
Medals will be awarded to first, second, and third-place finishers in each skill bracket. All matches will be entered into the DUPR system. Teams must register and pay by January 13, 2025, to secure their spot.
Location and Facilities
The tournament will take place at Peak Pickleball, located at 1730 Briargate Blvd in Colorado Springs, CO. The venue boasts 24 indoor air-conditioned courts with a portable net system. Ample parking is available, and participants can access the facility from Jamboree Drive.
Registration and Cost
The registration cost is $45 per event, with registration opening on December 20, 2024, and closing on January 13, 2025. Interested participants are encouraged to register early, as slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided for withdrawals made at least 14 days in advance of the tournament. A $5 service fee will apply for withdrawals made more than 30 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after January 3, 2025, or for cancellations due to weather.
