Registration Details

Tournament Format and Divisions
The tournament features a round-robin format followed by brackets. Doubles matches will begin on Saturday, with mixed doubles on Sunday. Singles matches will take place in the afternoon on either day.
Players are guaranteed six games, with singles matches played to 21 points and doubles to 11, win by 2. The event will also feature an OPEN division with cash prizes available for the top teams.
Prize Money for OPEN Division
The OPEN Doubles division offers cash prizes for winners, with gold, silver, and bronze winners receiving $850, $600, and $400, respectively. The fourth-place team will earn $250. This division is open to all players, regardless of skill level or age.
Refund Policy and Important Notes
Once registration is completed, it is final. However, participants who withdraw more than two weeks before the event may receive a full credit for future tournaments.
Players who change partners within two weeks of the event will need to re-register and pay for the new partner’s entry. No refunds are provided after the event begins.
