Tournament Details and Registration
Registration for the tournament opens on October 31, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST and closes on January 6, 2025, at 8:00 PM EST. The cost to enter is $35 for nonmembers and $30 for members, with each event costing $10.
Players can enter up to two events. The nine available events include Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles in different skill divisions, such as 3.0 and Below, 3.5 Only, and 4.0 and Above.
Event Schedule and Format
This pickleball tournament will be played on seven outdoor hard courts at the resort. Matches will follow a group phase and a playoff phase. Group rounds will be played as single games to 15, win by 2.
The medal rounds will be best of three games to 11, win by 2. The men’s and women’s doubles events will take place on Saturday, January 11, with mixed doubles events scheduled for Sunday, January 12.

Weather and Refund Policy
In the event of inclement weather, tournament organizers will try to reschedule matches on the same day. Cancellations before December 1, 2024, will incur a $10 administration fee, but any cancellations after that date will not receive a refund. All refunds will be issued after the tournament.
