2025 APP/AARP Masters Tour Rankings Shake-Up: Cynthia Dardis Cracks Top 15

2025 APP/AARP Masters Tour Rankings Shake-Up: The 2025 APP/AARP Masters Tour rankings have been updated following the latest results from Humana APP Fort Lauderdale Open (January), APP Vlasic Classic Daytona Beach (February), and APP Sacramento Open (March). Among the biggest movers is Cynthia Dardis, who has climbed to No. 15 in women’s doubles, marking a major milestone in her career.

Cynthia Dardis Earns Career-High Ranking

Cynthia Dardis, a Humana Cup-drafted professional, has been one of the most consistent performers on the Masters Tour this season. She has had deep tournament runs at every stop, rarely losing to lower-ranked opponents, and proving to be a force to be reckoned with in the women’s doubles division.

Her steady rise in the rankings reflects her ability to compete at a high level, and with the season in full swing, she has a strong opportunity to break into the top 10 in the coming months.

Top Five Players in the Women’s Masters Doubles Rankings

Following the completion of the Sacramento event, the top-ranked professionals in the APP/AARP Masters Tour women’s doubles division are:

  1. Kristin Hickman – 3,830 points

  2. Sue Johnston – 2,340 points

  3. Pam Gilbert – 2,340 points

  4. Diane Wainio – 2,260 points

  5. Jenny Reifeis – 2,130 points

These rankings highlight a tight battle for the top spots, with several players making big moves as the season progresses.

Women’s Masters Players Climbing the Rankings

A number of APP Masters pros have gained ground in the rankings, putting themselves in strong contention for the remainder of the season:

  • Bee Kilgore – Now ranked No. 6

  • Anna Shirley – Up to No. 8

  • Pam Cooke – Holding the No. 9 spot

  • Lynn Salo – Cracks the top 15 at No. 13

  • Jean Halahan – Now ranked No. 18

With several events still to come, these players will be aiming to continue their formidable rise in the rankings and challenge for higher placements.

Next Stop: The $150K Fort Lauderdale Open

The APP Masters Tour now heads to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for the $150,000 Fort Lauderdale Open – The Fort, taking place April 2-6. As a Tier I event, it offers major ranking points and will be a critical opportunity for players to cement their standings in the tour rankings.

Additionally, an important change has been announced regarding registration for APP tour stops. Moving forward, all registrations will now be handled through UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) instead of Pickleball Brackets. This change is effective immediately for all upcoming APP events.
