2025 APP/AARP Champions Tour Rankings: The 2025 APP/AARP Champions Tour (50+) rankings have been updated following the Humana APP Fort Lauderdale Open (January), APP Vlasic Classic Daytona Beach (February), and APP Sacramento Open (March) events. One of the biggest moves in the latest rankings comes from Teresa Tarn, who has surged into the Top 10 in mixed doubles, landing at No. 7.

Teresa Tarn’s Rise Continues

After a dominant second half of the 2024 season, Tarn has kept her momentum going strong in 2025. Her strong finishes at APP Daytona Beach and Sacramento have solidified her status as one of the top competitors on tour.

Tarn is widely regarded as one of the fittest players in the game, bringing athleticism, endurance, and sharp strategy to the court. Beyond her skills, she is also one of the most respected players on tour, known for her fairness and sportsmanship—qualities that have made her a favorite among players and fans.

Top Five Players in the Women’s Mixed Rankings

Following the Sacramento event, the top five ranked women’s professionals in the APP/AARP Champions Tour mixed doubles division are:

  1. Lee Whitwell – 5,280 points

  2. Lisa Alipaz – 2,820 points

  3. Sheri Courter – 2,400 points

  4. Nathalie Bagby – 1,960 points

  5. Angela Simon – 1,950 points

Whitwell continues to dominate the rankings, but the battle for the No. 2 through No. 5 spots is heating up, with Lisa Alipaz making a major push up the standings.

Women’s Champions Players on the Rise

Several players are making significant moves in the latest APP Champions Tour mixed doubles rankings:

  • Lisa Alipaz – Jumps to No. 2

  • Heather Lovett – Climbs to No. 13

  • Cristen Kessler – Now ranked No. 18

  • Cantillon Endara – Breaks into the Top 20 at No. 19

  • Kerri Bacha – Enters the rankings at No. 20

With several players gaining momentum, the leaderboard could see even more shakeups in the upcoming tournaments.

Next Stop: The $150K Fort Lauderdale Open

The APP Champions Tour now heads to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for the $150,000 Fort Lauderdale Open – The Fort, running April 2-6. As a Tier I event, this tournament offers major ranking points, making it a crucial opportunity for players to improve their standings.

Additionally, all APP tour registrations have now moved from Pickleball Brackets to UTR (Universal Tennis Rating), effective immediately. Players must register through UTR for all future APP events.
