Pickleball Revolution: The Association of Pickleball Players (APP) and the American Cancer Society (ACS) have launched the APP National Pickleball Challenge. The event encourages players to log pickleball activity throughout April while raising funds for cancer research. Participants can track their progress via the Stridekick app or manually.
A Month-Long Challenge for a Cause
The challenge asks players to engage in pickleball-related activities at least ten times during April. Any form of pickleball play, including casual games, cardio training, or ball control drills, counts toward the competition. Participants will compete for a place on the national leaderboard.
APP professionals, including Megan Fudge and Ryler DeHeart, have joined the challenge, giving players the chance to compare their activity against elite athletes. Players can register and begin fundraising at theapp.global/give.
Prizes and Fundraising Incentives
Participants who raise $25 or more will receive a free “Strength & Hope” t-shirt from the American Cancer Society. The top ten fundraisers will be awarded an OWL Sport paddle from the APP.
Supporting Cancer Research
The event raises awareness and funds for ACS, a leading organization in cancer research and patient support. By engaging the pickleball community, the challenge aims to make a meaningful impact in the fight against cancer.
