Entry and Registration Requirements

Amateurs are only allowed to compete in one division per day. Brackets will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizers may adjust the size of brackets depending on the number of entries and available resources.
Partner and Withdrawal Policies
If a player in a doubles event loses their partner after the registration period ends, they must find a replacement who is already registered and in the same age and skill group. Replacements must be submitted to the registration coordinator by 4:00 p.m. the day before the match. Replacements can be selected from the players needing partners list on UTRSports.net
Fees and Insurance Details
Entry to the tournament costs $115 per player. Amateurs will also pay a $40 division fee, while professional division fees range from $115 to $130. Insurance can be purchased during registration to protect against late cancellations.
Tournament Format and Rules
The APP Tour plans to give every amateur player at least four games, weather permitting. Players under 65 will be grouped by skill, while those 65 and older may be grouped by age instead.
All players are required to follow the Player Code of Conduct. This rule is in place to ensure a respectful and smooth tournament experience for everyone involved.
