Pickleball Team’s Minor League Pickleball (MiLP) rosters. The sessions will run through February 23, 2025, at the Down the Line (DTL) Sports Center in Fairfax, Virginia.

These rating sessions serve as a prerequisite for the RTM tournament series, providing players an opportunity to earn a spot on one of the D.C. Pickleball Team’s MiLP rosters.
Players who perform well in the sessions could even have the chance to showcase their skills at the RTM Cup finals later in the year. Sessions are open to players at various DUPR levels, including 4.5+ for experienced players, with each session lasting approximately two hours.
How DUPR Works
DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is a rating system designed to match players with similar skill levels. Participants can build their DUPR rating by entering DUPR-sanctioned events, such as the RTM sessions. The rating system ensures competitive and fair play, benefiting players of all experience levels.
Session Format and Registration
Players will compete in round-robin sessions, with randomized partners. No partner is required to sign up, making it easy for individuals to join.
To participate, players must have an active DUPR account and be a member of Down the Line and the D.C. Pickleball Team. Players are required to attend at least two RTM DUPR sessions before registering for any RTM tournaments, except the first one.

Participants will enjoy several perks, including a chance to win raffle prizes, receive RTM branded items, and have their match performances count toward their official DUPR ratings.
Additionally, all matches will be recorded into the DUPR system, helping players track their progress. Players can also enter a drawing to win 2025 MLP DC tickets and have their progress tracked by the D.C. Pickleball Team.
Registration and Fees
Registration opens on January 13, 2025, and ends on February 27, 2025. The cost to register for each RTM DUPR session is $30.00.
Parking at the venue is free, and the sessions will be held at the Down the Line Sports Center, located at 10390 Willard Way, Fairfax, VA.
