Dallas Flash Pickleball Winning Streak: The Dallas Flash earned another strong win on Saturday at Edward Jones MLP Phoenix, held at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. Dallas swept the Utah Black Diamonds 4-0, winning all four games in regulation and improving their unbeaten record.
The win gave the Dallas Flash a 5-0 start to the 2025 Major League Pickleball season. The Utah Black Diamonds dropped to 2-6 and continue to struggle.
Dallas Controls Every Match
From the beginning, Dallas showed complete control. In women’s doubles, Tyra Hurricane Black and Jorja Johnson won 11-2 over Allyce Jones and Genie Erokhina. In the men’s game, JW Johnson and Augustus Ge defeated Connor Garnett and Tyler Loong 11-9.
Dallas stayed strong in mixed doubles as well. JW Johnson and Jorja Johnson beat Connor Garnett and Allyce Jones 11-2. In the second mixed game, Augustus Ge and Tyra Hurricane Black won 11-5 over Tyler Loong and Genie Erokhina.
