Dink Minor League Pickleball Finals: The Dink Minor League Pickleball tournament came to a close with a strong finish at The Picklr Scottsdale. Players from across divisions competed for top honors in an event filled with exciting matches, strong teamwork, and community support.
Winners in the DUPR 14 Division
In the DUPR 14 group, Yin Yang & Ya II took first place. Team members included Trisha Wherley, Brent Baylon, Kylee Lessar, and Andrei Cruz.
Second place went to Ball Busters, with Joe Greer, Katie Maurer, Emma Dobson, and Cody Place.
Third place was claimed by Filipino Flickers, made up of Ashley Vergara, Nathan Lerias, Abraham Vergara, and Bea Vergara.
DUPR 16 Brings More Action
In the DUPR 16 bracket, Let That Dink In came out on top. The winning team featured Ashley Courlivant, Ross Hopkins, Drew Kingston, and Sam Calcagno.
Second place went to Pickl Em, with teammates Rafaella Seifert, Dean Jackson, Joshua Moody, and Jessie Sorensen.
Net Ninjas took third place, led by Jesus Landin, Nia Rodriguez, Tony Pellegrini-Chavez, and Lesly Herrera.
DUPR 18 Sees Strong Competition
In the highest division, DUPR 18, Tennis Players earned first place. Their team included Jonathan Mastrangelo, Melissa Ferger, Spencer Duane, and Miranda Carr.
ALKB secured second place with Katie Neils, Lesley Remaly, Alec Remaly, and Brandon Cantor.
Cactus Crew rounded out the top three with Noah Greeley, Tabitha Crawford, Jonelle Borowy, and Eric Cepress.
