Pickleball Team to a 3-0 record, keeping them unbeaten in the tournament.
Strong Start in Doubles
The D.C. Pickleball Team opened the match with a strong performance in women’s doubles. Christa Gecheva and Andrea Koop controlled the game and defeated Alix Truong and Angie Walker 11-2.
In men’s doubles, Daniel De La Rosa and Stefan Auvergne stayed sharp, beating Darrian Young and Collin Johns 11-4 to take a 2-0 lead.

Bay Area Fights Back Briefly
In the first mixed doubles game, Collin Johns and Alix Truong gave the Bay Area Breakers some hope. They earned a 11-6 win over Daniel De La Rosa and Christa Gecheva, making the score 2-1.
But D.C. closed it out in the second mixed doubles. Stefan Auvergne and Andrea Koop topped Darrian Young and Angie Walker 11-6, securing the team victory 3-1.
The Dreambreaker was not played, as D.C. had already won.
