Nashville Chefs overpower Florida Smash
The first match didn’t go well for the Nashville Chefs. In women’s doubles, Paula Rives and Martina Frantova of Florida Smash played a solid game and beat Genie Erokhina and Ewa Radzikowska 11-1.
But the Nashville Chefs came back strong in the men’s doubles. Marshall Brown and Anderson Scarpa worked well as a team and defeated Cason Campbell and Travis Rettenmaier 11-6.
The Chefs then won both mixed doubles matches to seal the victory. In the first mixed match, Marshall Brown teamed up with Ewa Radzikowska to beat Travis Rettenmaier and Martina Frantova 11-9. In the second mixed doubles game, Anderson Scarpa and Genie Erokhina played smoothly and defeated Cason Campbell and Paula Rives 11-4.
