- Teams consist of 4 players (2 women and 2 men).
- Each match includes four 21-point games: women’s doubles, men’s doubles, and two mixed doubles games.
- Tiebreakers are resolved through the Dreambreaker, where players rotate singles play after every four rallies until a winner emerges with a two-point margin.
This format ensures excitement and inclusivity, making every game unpredictable and engaging.
DUPR Divisions for All Skill Levels
Players are grouped into divisions based on their DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating):
- DUPR 20: Team aggregate must not exceed 20.99.
- DUPR 18: Team aggregate must not exceed 18.30; individual limit: 5.10.
- DUPR 16: Team aggregate must not exceed 16.30; individual limit: 4.60.
- DUPR 14: Team aggregate must not exceed 14.30; individual limit: 4.10.
- DUPR 12: Team aggregate must not exceed 12.30; individual limit: 3.60.
Teams are locked into their ratings upon registration. Unrated players can participate, but their skill levels will be verified by the tournament director.
Policies and Player Support
- Substitutes: Teams can replace players without exceeding the division’s DUPR aggregate.
- Cancellations: Refunds are available (minus fees) if cancellations are made 15 days before the event.
- Individual Registrations: Players without a team may still register. If not placed on a team, registration fees will be refunded.
