PPA Tour Camp
A two-day PPA Tour Camp for players rated 3.0 and 4.0 is scheduled for January 7th and 8th, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM each day. The camp is priced at $400 per person and includes:
- Instruction: A total of six hours of coaching from PPA Professionals.
- Ticketing: One courtside ticket for a day of your choice.
- Discounts: A 20% discount on apparel and a 10% discount on paddles at the tournament, courtesy of Pickleball Central.
Please note that due to limited space, travel expenses, and court booking fees, there is a strict refund and cancellation policy. A full refund can be requested if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 14 days of the camp will not receive a refund. By registering for the camp, participants agree to these terms.

Amateur Format for Skill/Age Events
- Skill Levels 5.0 & 4.5:
- Format: Double Elimination with No Come-Around.
- Main Draw: Best of 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
- Consolation: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Bronze Medal Match: Best of 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
- Gold Medal Match: Best of 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
- Skill Levels 4.0, 3.5 & 3.0 (with 12 or fewer teams):
- Format: Round Robin with Playoffs.
- Each scenario, from 4 to 12 teams, has specific playoff structures, ensuring competitive play.
- Pool Play: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Playoffs: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Bronze Medal Match: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Gold Medal Match: Best of 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
Events may be combined or altered based on team sizes, and all formats are subject to weather-related adjustments.
Junior Format: Youth Competition Guidelines
For junior events with eight or more teams, a Double Elimination with No Come-Around format is used, with specific match rules for main draws and consolation matches.
- For fewer than eight teams, a Round Robin format applies, ensuring fair play among participants of various skill levels.
Senior Open Format: Competitive Structure
Senior players will also compete in a Double Elimination with No Come-Around format, with specific rules for main draws and consolation matches.
Pro Format: Registration and Qualifiers
Registration Deadline for Pro Events
The registration deadline for pro events is set for Monday, December 30, 2024, at 5:00 PM. All qualifying rounds will occur on January 6th. Teams and players will be placed into the main draw or qualifiers based on the number of registrants.
Qualifier Format
The qualifier rounds will follow a Single Elimination format with specific game rules, allowing players to compete in multiple qualifying pro events without overlap.
Main Draw Format: Tournament Schedule
The main draw will proceed through several rounds from January 7th to January 12th, culminating in the gold and bronze medal matches. Each match follows specific game rules, ensuring a fair and competitive environment.
Payment/Partner Policy: Ensure Registration
Players must have registered and paid partners to be confirmed in their respective events. Unpaid players without registered partners will be moved to the waitlist if their division is filled.
Partner Replacement Policy: Flexibility in Teams
If a player loses a partner after registration closes, they must replace their partner with another registered player in the same skill/age group. This flexibility ensures that teams remain competitive while allowing for necessary adjustments.
$1000 Money Ball PPA Bracket
This co-ed bracket accepts male and female players with a combined rating of 6.0 or lower. Key rules include:
- Registration: Both partners must register within 36 hours or be moved to the waitlist.
- Eligibility: Open to senior pro, junior pro, and amateur players who meet the criteria.
The format consists of Double Elimination with specific game rules, and registration is limited to 16 teams.
