The main draw will consist of best-of-three games, each to 11 points, with a win-by-2 rule. Consolation matches will be played to 15 points.
Registration and Payment Policies
Registration for the event opens on January 23, 2025. The cost to participate is $70, with registration closing on December 5, 2025. Players must have a registered and paid partner to confirm their spot. If a partner fails to register within seven days, players will be moved to the waitlist.
For those unable to attend, the event offers a Registration & Weather Insurance policy. If players need to cancel before November 14, 2025, they can receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. After this date, only the insurance policy covers cancellations.

Matches will be played with the official Vulcan VPro Flight Outdoor ball. Players in the doubles category must register with a partner, or risk being moved to the waitlist. Partner replacements must be made before the day prior to play.
