Johns’ journey began in Tucson, where he secured a gold medal with Anna Leigh Waters.
First time in Tucson at the beginning of the month was filled with good times on and off the court, added another gold with Anna Leigh Waters, played some padel with Pablo Tellez, reached the podium with Hayden Patriquin and found some incredible boba (stay tuned).” – (Johns)
In Mesa, Johns built on his momentum with a strong showing in all three divisions. He highlighted his partnership with Gabe Tardio, saying,
“Had a great debut with Gabe Tardio, reached the podium in all 3 events and got back on top in singles for the first time this year.” – (Johns)

Beyond the competition, Johns enjoyed time with his sponsors and fellow players. “Then in Mesa got to spend time with the Joola Pickleball team, claimed victory on the ping pong table against Collin Johns,” he said, showing his competitive spirit extended beyond pickleball.
