2025 CIBC Texas Open Faces More Player Withdrawals – Updated List of Withdrawn Players

CIBC Texas Open Faces More Player Withdrawals: The CIBC Texas Open, part of the Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Tour, began on March 12, 2025, at the Courts of McKinney. However, multiple players have withdrawn from the singles competition due to injuries, illness, and other issues, affecting the tournament lineup.

Major Withdrawals in Men’s Singles

Julian Arnold has withdrawn from men’s singles due to a wrist injury but remains scheduled to compete in mixed doubles with Lauren Stratman and men’s doubles with Hunter Johnson later in the tournament.

Travis Rettenmaier has pulled out of men’s singles due to a back injury. However, he is still expected to play mixed doubles with Allyce Jones and men’s doubles with Donald Young.

Blaine Hovenier has also withdrawn from men’s singles due to a back injury but plans to compete in mixed doubles with Martina Frantova and men’s doubles with AJ Koller.

Pesa Teoni has withdrawn from men’s singles due to a toe injury.

Anderson Scarpa has pulled out of men’s singles due to travel issues.

Women’s Singles Withdrawals

Ewa Radzikowska has withdrawn from all events due to a leg injury.

Olivia McMillan has withdrawn from all events due to illness.

Chloe Igleski has pulled out of women’s singles due to injury but is still scheduled to play women’s doubles with Helena Jansen on Saturday.

Alex Walker has withdrawn from women’s singles due to a foot injury but is expected to compete in mixed doubles with Marshall Brown and women’s doubles with Angie Walker later in the tournament.
