Ticket Revenue Hits New Heights
According to an announcement made Tuesday, gross ticket revenue this year has grown by 147% since 2023. The $1.7 million figure is the highest the tour has seen in its early season events.
Three of the tournaments—2025 Carvana Mesa Cup, 2025 Veolia North Carolina Open, and 2025 Veolia Cape Coral Open—are now the highest-grossing events in PPA history.
More Fans Fill the Stands
So far, 104,011 fans have attended the first seven events in 2025. That’s a 16% increase compared to the same stretch last year. Tour founder and CEO Connor Pardoe praised the momentum.
“The first events of the 2025 Carvana PPA Tour have been absolutely electric – we’re breaking records at nearly every event and showcasing the best players in the world to more fans than ever before. We’re looking forward to our next event, the Veolia Atlanta Pickleball Championships in May, and are incredibly excited to see what the rest of the year brings.” – (Pardoe)
Looking Ahead to More Growth
With strong early results, the Carvana PPA Tour expects continued success as the season moves forward. The next stop is in Atlanta in May, where even more fans are expected.
These numbers reflect how fast pickleball is growing as a pro sport. More fans, higher revenue, and packed venues show that the PPA Tour is reaching new heights in 2025.
