After losing the first game 0-11 to Zane Ford, the No. 46 seed bounced back to win the next two games 11-1 and 11-4. This surprising result knocked out No. 10 seed Zane Ford and sent James Ignatowich to the Round of 16.

A Rough Start Turns Around

James Ignatowich didn’t get a single point in the first game and didn’t even get to serve. But he didn’t give up. Instead, he changed his strategy, focusing on hitting shots to Zane Ford’s backhand. This helped him take control of the match and win the next two games easily.

The final score—0-11, 11-1, 11-4—showed how quickly the match turned around.

A Celebratory Shout and a Tough Loss

After scoring the winning point, James Ignatowich shouted, “Come on, Jimmy!” to celebrate. His energy and confidence stood out, especially after how the match began.

However, it was Zane Ford’s reaction after the loss that drew even more attention. His frustration after the match became a big talking point for fans and viewers.
