Registration Requirements
- Singles Event: Players must be registered and have paid their tournament fees.
- Doubles Event: Both players must be registered and have paid their tournament fees.
Note: Teams or players may be moved to the waitlist if either partner has not registered or paid. It is the responsibility of the players to ensure compliance with all tournament requirements.
Format
- Double Elimination
- Main Draw: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
- Back Draw: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Bracket Size 4-5 Teams: Single round-robin format, 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
- Bracket Size 3 or Fewer Teams: Combined with the closest age brackets within the same skill level.
- Bronze Medal Matches: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Note: Scores will be reported to UPTR; scores will not be reported to DUPR.
Weather Policy
- The tournament is outdoors. If weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, every effort will be made to complete matches. The situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis if brackets are in progress to determine if they can be completed or if winners need to be decided.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation Deadline: September 13, 2024
- A non-refundable $5 service fee per event will be applied for withdrawals before the cancellation deadline. No refunds will be issued after the deadline unless the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy has been purchased.
