Pickleball Event Format
Amateur Play
Amateur players will compete alongside professionals, offering spectators an exciting opportunity to see the future stars of the sport. Matches will take place on the championship courts, with skill levels ranging from 3.0 to 5.0. Each skill bracket has its specific format:
- Skill Levels 5.0 and 4.5: Double Elimination with No Come-Around. Teams losing a match can no longer contend for Gold but may still win Bronze.- Main Draw: 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
- Consolation: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Bronze and Gold Medal Matches: 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
 
- Skill Levels 4.0, 3.5 and 3.0 (12 or fewer teams): Round Robin format, with playoffs to determine the top teams.- Pool Play: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Playoffs: 1 game to 15, win by 2.
- Gold Medal Match: 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
 
For divisions with fewer than 4 teams in doubles or fewer than 4 players in singles, events may be combined to create an optimal playing experience.
Pro Format
Professionals will compete in a Single Elimination format, with matches played 2/3 to 11 points, win by 2. A bronze medal match will follow the semifinals, but there will be no back draw or bonus rounds. Players will compete for prize money and points, and the official ball used will be the Vulcan VPro Flight Outdoor.

Registration and Payment Policies
- Players must ensure they and their partners are registered and paid to secure their spots. A waitlist system is in place for any unpaid players.
- In the event of a partner withdrawal after registration, players must replace their partner with someone from the same skill or age group.
Weather Policy
Given that this is an outdoor event, the tournament organizers have a plan in place for adverse weather. If weather delays occur, matches may be shortened to accommodate scheduling constraints.
