Lendl’s Transition to Pickleball

Though Lendl initially resisted the idea of playing pickleball, his perspective changed after giving it a try. “I hated it too, at first, and then I played a few times and changed my mind,” he shared. His enjoyment of doubles in pickleball has allowed him to remain competitive while adjusting to a less physically demanding game than tennis.

“I’m a little too old to play tennis and keep running around too much, so I picked up doubles in pickleball and enjoy it.” – (Lendl)
