Temidayo Jordan “Dayo” Odeyingbo is an American professional football defensive end for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). Born on September 24, 1999, in Brooklyn, New York, Odeyingbo was raised by Nigerian immigrants and later moved to Irving, Texas. Despite his injury, Dayo Odeyingbo was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, being the 54th overall pick. He officially signed with the Colts on May 6, 2021, but was placed on the reserve/non-football injury list to start the season. Odeyingbo made his debut on October 30, 2021, and played in all 17 games during the 2023 season, recording 38 tackles and finishing third on the team with eight sacks.
Breakthrough (2025-Present)
On March 13, 2025, Dayo Odeyingbo signed a three-year, $48 million contract with the Chicago Bears.
