Hady Habib (Arabic: هادي حبيب; born 21 August 1998) is an American-born Lebanese professional tennis player. Standing 1.88 m (6 ft 2 in) tall and playing right-handed with a two-handed backhand, he reached a career-high ATP singles ranking of world No. 159 on 5 May 2025 and a career-high doubles ranking of No. 274 on 23 December 2024. Habib is currently the No. 1 player from Lebanon and has won one ATP Challenger Tour singles title and three Challenger doubles titles.
Early Life and Background
Hady Habib was born in Houston, Texas, to a Lebanese father and an American Iranian mother. He grew up in a bilingual household and is fluent in both English and Arabic, skills that have helped him travel comfortably across the international circuit. At the age of six, he moved with his family to Beirut, Lebanon, where he first picked up a tennis racket at nine years old and began competing in local junior events.
