She made an immediate impact, scoring her first PHF goal in the team’s inaugural game against the Metropolitan Riveters, where she achieved a hat-trick and an assist. Downie-Landry led the Force in scoring with 10 goals and 23 points in 24 games and was selected for the All-Star Game.
Breakthrough (2023–Present)
In the inaugural draft of the newly-created Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL), Downie-Landry was selected in the ninth round, 52nd overall by the New York Sirens.
