Early Life and Background

Kennedy Fuller was raised in Southlake, Texas. She attended Carroll Senior High School, where she had a remarkable freshman year in 2022, scoring 26 goals and providing 14 assists, including a hat trick in the Class 6A state title game victory. Her outstanding performance earned her the title of Gatorade Texas Girls Soccer Player of the Year. In her sophomore year in 2023, she scored an impressive 55 goals, which led to her being named the Gatorade National Player of the Year. Fuller committed to the University of North Carolina in September 2022, planning to graduate early as part of the class of 2024. She also played club soccer for Solar Soccer Club and signed a name, image, and likeness (NIL) deal with Nike in September 2023.

In March 2024, Angel City FC announced that they had signed Kennedy Fuller at the age of 16. She became the second youngest signing in the team’s history through the league’s U-18 entry mechanism, signing a three-year contract with an option for a fourth year. Fuller made her professional debut on March 17, 2024, just eight days after turning 17, as a starter in Angel City’s home opener against Bay FC. In this match, she played 90 minutes, made three shots, and finished with a passing accuracy of 79.2%.

Breakthrough (2024)

Kennedy Fuller scored her first professional goal on June 19, 2024, in the 17th minute of a home match against Racing Louisville, which ended in a 3–2 victory for Angel City FC. Her performance earned her the title of Angel City’s player of the match. On March 16, 2025, she recorded her first professional assist in the 2025 season home-opener against San Diego Wave FC, delivering a perfectly weighted ball to teammate Alyssa Thompson, who scored the equalizer.
