Lucas Bartlett began his professional career in 2018 when he played for Kaw Valley FC in the USL League Two. He continued with the team until 2021, missing the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In January 2022, he was selected 6th overall in the MLS SuperDraft by FC Dallas, officially signing with the team later that month. During the 2022 season, he primarily played for North Texas SC, Dallas’ MLS Next Pro affiliate.
