Luke Keaschall was born on August 15, 2002. He grew up in Aptos, California, where he attended Aptos High School. During his time in high school, he was not only a talented baseball player but also participated in wrestling. His father was a wrestler at the University of Nebraska, and Luke himself was just one win away from competing in the California State Wrestling Championship in his senior year. After high school, Keaschall enrolled at the University of San Francisco, where he played college baseball for the San Francisco Dons for two years. Path to Baseball

In addition to his college achievements, Keaschall played collegiate summer baseball with the Orleans Firebirds of the Cape Cod Baseball League, where he was named a league All-Star in 2022. After two successful years at the University of San Francisco, he transferred to Arizona State University for his junior season. During his first professional season, he played for the rookie-level Florida Complex League Twins, Single-A Fort Myers Mighty Mussels, and High-A Cedar Rapids Kernels. In 31 games across these teams, Keaschall posted a batting average of .288 with three home runs, 15 RBIs, and 11 stolen bases. In 2024, he split his time between Cedar Rapids and the Double-A Wichita Wind Surge, playing in 102 games and batting .303 with 15 home runs, 48 RBIs, and 23 stolen bases.
