Path to Soccer
Alozie’s soccer journey began at a young age, playing for the Granite Hills Cougars from 2011 to 2014. In January 2020, she signed a contract with BIIK Kazygurt, the defending champions of the Kazakhstani women’s football championship. She trained with the team for three months before the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leading her to return to California.
Breakthrough (2021-2025)
In 2021, Alozie joined the Houston Dash as a preseason trialist. She was signed to a national team replacement contract during the season and later secured a full contract in August 2021. Alozie made a significant impact during the 2022 season, making her first postseason start in the Dash’s NWSL Playoffs appearance. In December 2022, she signed a two-year contract extension with the Dash, where she made a total of 80 appearances across all competitions.
