Sione Vaki is an American professional football running back for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Utah Utes as a two-way player before being selected by the Lions in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL draft.

Sione Vaki was born on July 30, 2001, in Antioch, California, USA. He attended Liberty High School in Brentwood, California, where he played on both sides of the ball.
