Taylor Jacklyn Flint (née Kornieck; born November 22, 1998) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Racing Louisville FC of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). She previously played for San Diego Wave FC and the Orlando Pride. Flint was the third overall pick of the 2020 NWSL College Draft after an impressive collegiate career with the Colorado Buffaloes. She made her debut for the United States national team in 2022, marking a significant milestone in her career.
Early Life and Background
Born in Troy, Michigan, Taylor Flint grew up in Henderson, Nevada. She attended Coronado High School, where she was a standout athlete, earning the title of 2015 NSCAA All-American. As team captain, she finished her high school career with an impressive 84 goals and 44 assists. Flint was recognized as the Gatorade Player of the Year for Nevada during her senior year, scoring 56 goals and leading her team to the Division I state championship.
