Zara Sona Chavoshi (born December 6, 2002) is a professional soccer player who plays as a defender for the Orlando Pride of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). Born in the United States to Canadian parents, she represents Canada internationally. Chavoshi played college soccer for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons and helped lead the team to their first national title game appearance.

Zara Chavoshi was born in Newark, Delaware, and grew up in Potomac, Maryland. She began playing soccer at the age of five, which laid the foundation for her future career. Chavoshi attended Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville, Maryland, where she excelled in soccer and played club soccer for McLean Youth Soccer, winning two Elite Clubs National League championships.

Chavoshi made her professional debut on March 23, 2025, coming on as a late substitute in a match against NJ/NY Gotham FC, which the Pride won 2–0. She quickly established herself as a key player for the team, making her first professional start on May 3, 2025, where she played the full 90 minutes against the Portland Thorns.
