Allison Phillips, known as Alli Phillips, is a professional pickleball player from northern Utah. She is recognized for her impressive achievements in both junior and professional pickleball circuits.
Early Life
Allison Phillips was born and raised in northern Utah as the sixth of eight children in a pickleball-loving family. Her athletic background includes competitive soccer and tennis.
She began playing pickleball at the age of 13 and quickly excelled in the sport. In 2019, at just 16 years old, she became the USAP Margaritaville National Champion in Women’s Singles.

Allison Phillips comes from a large, sports-oriented family. Her parents have been instrumental in her athletic development, with her father coaching her in both tennis and pickleball. She has shared that her parents have always been supportive, believing in her potential even during challenging times.
Career
Allison Phillips turned professional in 2023 and has since made significant strides in the pickleball community. In 2021, she achieved the Triple Crown at the AAU World Junior Olympics, winning titles in Women’s Singles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.
By February 2022, she was ranked as the No. 1 female college pickleball player in both singles and doubles by DUPR. In February 2023, she won the overall women’s title at the APP Chicken N Pickle NEXT GEN tournament.
Later that year, she secured the Women’s Pro Singles Championship at the Carvana PPA Futures. As of May 2025, Allison Phillips has competed in 46 professional tournaments, participating in 225 matches. Her current rankings are:
