Anton Blidh is a Swedish professional ice hockey forward currently playing for the Hartford Wolf Pack in the American Hockey League under contract to the New York Rangers. Drafted by the Boston Bruins in the sixth round, 180th overall, in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, Blidh built his career across multiple NHL organizations including Boston, Colorado, and now New York. He made his NHL debut with the Bruins in December 2016 and scored his first career goal against the New York Islanders that same month. Blidh has appeared in over 50 NHL games combined with Boston and Colorado, while his most productive AHL season came with Providence in 2017-2018, recording 26 points. Known as a reliable two-way forward with physical play and tenacious work ethic, he provides valuable organizational depth for the Rangers.
