Brooke Caruso is a professional pickleball player from Fernandina Beach, Florida. She began her pickleball career in 2020 after a successful background as a Division I lacrosse player.
Early Life
Born on July 19, 1999, in Voorhees, New Jersey, Caruso was a standout athlete in high school. She was a four-year starter and senior captain at Holy Cross Academy, scoring over 100 points in each of her last three seasons. Caruso is the all-time leading goal scorer at Holy Cross with 413 career points. She was named Burlington County Scholastic League Player of the Year and a US Lacrosse Academic All-American in 2017.
Caruso continued playing lacrosse at George Washington University from 2017 to 2019. She contributed to the team’s success and was named to the GW Athletics Academic Dean’s List.

Brooke is the daughter of Desiree and Paul Caruso. She has an older brother, Paul, who plays tennis at Lafayette College. Her family has been supportive throughout her athletic career.

After graduating from George Washington University with a degree in Business Administration and International Business, Caruso transitioned to pickleball in late 2020. By 2021, she committed to playing professionally and entered her first PPA tournament.
