By her senior year, she was ranked 56th nationally by the Tennis Recruiting Network. Liz chose to attend Davidson College, where she played Division I tennis and earned a degree in studio art.

Career
After graduating from Davidson College in 2022, Liz began coaching tennis at the Charlotte Country Club. Her introduction to pickleball came when she filled in for a colleague to teach a pickleball lesson. This experience sparked her interest in the sport, leading her to pursue it professionally. She played her first professional pickleball event in May 2023 and decided to commit to the sport full-time within six months.
