One Knoxville Sporting Club is a professional soccer organization based in Knoxville, Tennessee, founded in 2021 and competing in USL League One. After debuting in USL League Two in 2022 with a South Central Division title, the club moved up to the professional ranks in 2023. The 2025 season marked a breakthrough: One Knoxville SC captured its first USL League One regular season championship and league title, defeating Spokane Velocity FC 2-0 in the playoff final at Covenant Health Park, where the club also set a USL League One attendance record. In 2025, the organization expanded with the launch of a women’s team competing in the USL W League.
