Theo Benedet is a Canadian professional football offensive tackle for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League. Born on October 12, 2001, in Toronto and raised in Vancouver, he attended Handsworth Secondary School in North Vancouver before starring at the University of British Columbia, where he became a two-time J. P. Metras Trophy winner and First-team All-Canadian. Signed by Chicago as an undrafted free agent in 2024, Benedet has appeared in 16 games with 8 starts through the 2025 season and is currently the Bears’ starting left tackle.
