The Las Vegas Desert Dogs are a professional box lacrosse team based in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, competing in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). Founded in 2021, the team began play in the 2023 NLL season and hosts its home games at Lee's Family Forum in Henderson, Nevada. Co-owned by Joseph Tsai, Wayne Gretzky, Steve Nash, and Dustin Johnson, the Desert Dogs are led by Shawn Williams, who serves as both general manager and head coach. The franchise represents an expansion of professional lacrosse into the Las Vegas area.
