Peanut Butter Pickleball Tournament: Smash, Serve, and Support a Great Cause

Peanut Butter Pickleball Tournament: Prepare for a weekend of fun and philanthropy as the Midwest Food Bank hosts its Peanut Butter Tournament at Wyomia Tyus Olympic Park on September 21-22, 2024. This exciting pickleball event offers competitive games and supports local non-profit agencies that provide essential resources to those in need.

The tournament kicks off on Saturday, September 21, with Gender Doubles, and continues on Sunday, September 22, with Mixed Doubles. Players of all levels are invited to join in, whether a seasoned pro or just looking to enjoy some friendly competition with friends.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Midwest Food Bank, which supports nine local agencies in Spalding County. These include:

All of these organizations rely on donations from the Midwest Food Bank to provide food and resources free of charge to those in need.

In addition to the games, participants and spectators are encouraged to bring jars of peanut butter to exchange for raffle tickets. This simple act of giving will enhance the fun of the event and also contribute directly to the food bank’s mission.
