Fort Worth’s New Pickleball Initiative:  For those eager to dive into the latest sports sensation without breaking the bank, the Fort Worth Public Library has a compelling offer: free pickleball kits. Pickleball, which combines elements of tennis and ping-pong, is capturing the interest of many.

This statistic underscores a broader trend of growing enthusiasm for the game, which Fort Worth is embracing with open arms.

The event attracted 40 participants ranging in age from 13 to 72, demonstrating the sport’s broad appeal.
