Paris Pickleball Club Serves Hope: Rallying for St. Jude Charity

Paris Pickleball Club, PARIS, Tenn. — In a display of athleticism and selflessness, the Paris Pickleball Club recently rallied its members for a spirited Dink and Drill Skills Session, all supporting a noble cause: St. Jude Hospital. Twenty-six dedicated players took to the courts, sharpen their dinking, serving, and movement skills, not just for personal improvement but to raise vital funds.

The session, which raised $500, represents the club’s commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond the pickleball court. This generous sum will sponsor one of their own, Skye Prince, a devoted member and Physical Therapist at Dynamix in Paris, as she embarks on her fourth St. Jude half-marathon. Every dollar raised will directly benefit St. Jude’s mission, ensuring that children battling illness receive the treatment and support they need. Reflecting on their efforts, a spokesperson for the club emphasized the profound satisfaction of contributing to such a worthy cause.

“Helping sick children and their families is one of the most rewarding things we can accomplish.  We are so proud of Skye, and her commitment to St. Jude.  She will do us proud.” – (club spokesperson)

As they continue to embody the values of sportsmanship and community, the Paris Pickleball Club sets an inspiring example of using their passion for pickleball to uplift others. Their support for Skye Prince and St. Jude shows not only their athletic skills but also their enduring compassion and generosity. In this endeavor, they serve as a beacon of hope, proving that the power of sport extends far beyond the confines of competition.
