2025 Maui Pukaball Tournament: Experience Exciting Play and Discounts in Hawaii!

The 2025 Maui Pukaball Tournament, hosted by Pickleball Is Great (PIG), returns to the Wailea Tennis Club in Kihei, Hawaii, promising a competitive and fun-filled week of pickleball. Scheduled from January 22-26, this popular event features round-robin play with playoffs and is open to all skill levels, with special discounts for juniors and seniors.

This year introduces several key updates, including a $25 discount for junior players and a $10 discount for players over 50. Seniors can enjoy exclusive events on Wednesday, January 22, and Thursday, January 23, with mixed doubles, men’s, and women’s doubles formats. These senior days are based on age and skill but don’t require membership, although USSP members can save an additional $10.

The main competition begins Friday, January 24, with men’s and women’s doubles for players under 50. Saturday sees mixed doubles, followed by all singles divisions on Sunday, January 26, featuring rally scoring. Registration costs vary based on timing, with early sign-up through September costing $70 and late registration up to $110. Players must self-rate using DUPR or UTPR, and any under-ranked participants will be automatically moved up.

All events will be played using the Franklin X-40 ball across 22 outdoor courts at Wailea Tennis Club. Parking is free, though players are encouraged to park at the bottom of the hill and use the shuttle service provided.
