While every effort will be made to run the brackets as advertised, the organizers reserve the right to combine events or adjust age brackets as needed, depending on registration levels.
If a specific event does not receive enough registrations and cannot be combined with another bracket, players will be issued a full refund. The tournament directors also reserve the right to make skill level adjustments to players’ bracket placements as necessary.
Refund Policy
- Withdrawals made on or before October 11, 2024, will receive a refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
- Players who request a withdrawal but have a substitute in place will be refunded, minus non-refundable software and credit card processing fees, as long as their partners remain in the event.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after the cancellation deadline.
