Late registration will be available starting October 26 at 1:00 AM, closing on November 1 at 11:55 PM. Armory Pickleball members who verify their membership before registering can receive at least a $10 discount on their registration fees. The base registration fee includes entry into one event, with additional events costing $25 for the second and $20 for a third.

Tournament Format
The tournament will feature a round-robin format with playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for the top three finishers in each bracket. Each event is capped at eight teams, guaranteeing a minimum of five games per team, with up to seven games for full brackets. The medal rounds will follow a game-to-21 format, win by two.
Amenities and Health Protocols
Water and complimentary snacks will be provided, along with tournament and Armory Pickleball merchandise for sale. Participants are reminded that the tournament is indoors, eliminating weather-related issues, but warm clothing is recommended for non-playing times. Health and safety measures include protocols for injury management and ball retrieval, ensuring a safe environment for all.

Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee, with full refunds available until October 15. A 50% refund will be provided from October 15 through October 26, with no refunds after this date.
