The pickleball event will take place at the Four Seasons Tennis Club in Allouez, Wisconsin, with all proceeds going to the Boys and Girls Club in Green Bay.
Pickleball Tournament for a Cause
The charity tournament is set to begin at 8 a.m. and will feature around 200 players across 11 divisions. Donald Driver is scheduled to compete in the Men’s Doubles Advanced Division at 4 p.m.
Action 2 News This Morning Anchor Emerson Lehmann will also participate in the same division. “It’s going to be a big shebang,” said Donald Driver. “A lot of fun, raise a lot of money for a great cause.”
Driver’s Growing Role in Pickleball
Driver, who has recently embraced the sport, is a co-owner of a Pickleball Kingdom facility in Menomonee Falls. He also plans to open another location in Green Bay by early 2026.
“June 7th. Saturday 7th, we will actually be in Green Bay at the Four Seasons Tennis (Club), that’s where we’re going to play until Pickleball Kingdom is actually built,” Driver said.
Community Impact and Future Plans
The tournament supports youth development by contributing to the Boys and Girls Club in Green Bay. Driver’s involvement helps grow the sport in Wisconsin while promoting physical activity and community engagement.
