The tournament will feature round-robin play across skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5, with a minimum of 60 points per player. Event days are as follows:

- Mixed Doubles: Saturday, August 17
- Men’s Doubles: Sunday, August 18
Medal rounds will be held if divisions have multiple pools, with top teams advancing to a single elimination bracket. However, due to high participation, mixed doubles day will primarily use a round-robin format without a medal round.
