Troy’s Premier Pickleball Showdown: On November 24, the historic Emma Willard School in Troy, New York, will transform into a vibrant hub of athleticism and competition as it hosts a pickleball tournament specifically designed for high school and college players. Organized by the Emma Willard School and Pickleball518, the event is set to take place from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., showcasing some of the finest young talent in the sport.

This tournament is part of the 3rd Annual Thanksgiving at Emma Willard Pickleball Tournament and is expected to attract a significant number of skilled athletes. Last year, 24 players participated, vying for victory in a spirited display of competition. Designed for experienced players aged 14 to 25, this event promises to highlight the growth of pickleball at the youth level.

Competitive Schedule for Participants

The tournament will kick off at 5 p.m. with the following events:

  • Women’s Doubles
  • Men’s Intermediate Doubles
  • Men’s Advanced Doubles

Following a brief intermission, the action will resume at 7:30 p.m. with:

  • Mixed Doubles Intermediate
  • Mixed Doubles Advanced
